Asipto company<\/a><\/strong> has changed its form of incorporation from “Entrepreneurial Company with Limited Liability<\/strong><\/em>” (in German: Unternehmergesellschaft (haftungsbeschr\u00e4nkt)<\/strong><\/em>, abbreviated UG (haftungsbeschr\u00e4nkt)<\/a><\/strong><\/em>) to a “Company With Limited Liability<\/strong><\/em>” (in German: Gesellschaft mit beschr\u00e4nkter Haftung<\/strong><\/em>, abbreviated GmbH<\/a><\/strong><\/em>).<\/p>\n

The form of UG allows start-ups and young entrepreneurs to start a company with lower initial investment in the share capital, which can be as low as 1 Euro, while a GmbH in Germany is required to have at least 25 000 Euro at the moment of initial incorporation.<\/p>\n

Nothing else related to Asipto company has changed: the owners, management team, address, company registration number, VAT Id and bank accounts are the same. Only that the company can be referred as Asipto GmbH from now on.<\/p>\n

The increase of the share capital to 25 000 Euro enables Asipto to bid for or be part of larger real time communication projects, specially in Germany and European Union, allowing us to have bigger impact in the evolution towards next generation communication infrastructure and services.<\/p>\n
